Opal Sanding Sugar

Sanding Sugar is an extra fine sugar.

Because of the fine grain, this sugar provides excellent coverage and works especially well for cookie decorating. Also great for adding color to cupcakes, and cakes.

This Opal Sanding Sugar is slightly iridescent. Grains appear translucent with slight hints of shimmery blue, pink, and green.
