This cheerful chocolate mold has 25 cavities in a variety of designs and sizes. Chocolate flower candies are a beautiful cake adornment and can be used for added decoration on top of cupcakes. Fondant, gumpaste and marzipan can also be gently pressed into the mold to make raised decorations.
Mold has 25 cavities that range from approximately ¼" to 2-1/8" x ¼" deep. Cavities are shallow and not suitable for candy centers. This mold makes approximately 60 pieces per pound of chocolate. First quality plastic mold, FDA approved.
Mold is not dishwasher safe. To clean mold, wipe clean with a dry cloth after use. May be washed in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry immediately.
Do not use for hard candy or other high temperature ingredients.
